I have lived in the Waco area since 1999 and have owned three homes - having viewed hundreds. I have been a part of six fixer-uppers since 1994, so I know many of the area's skilled craftsmen. I am familiar with the schools, churches, stores, parks and other quality of life amenities.

I served the Texas farm and ranch community for two decades as a lobbyist, grassroots advocate and political campaign strategist. I have a network of close friendships with farm and ranch leaders across the state. I have three children: Hardin is a graduate of Texas A&M and married Fall of 2017; Peyton is a graduate of Baylor, active in church youth counseling activities; Carson is a Math Major at the University of Colorado - Colorado Springs, active in student government. The kids always got along incredibly well - in fact they named our magnificent magnolia "The Friendship Tree" because it was a "no-arguing zone."
